What is fingerprint, who invented the fingerprint sensor, and what are these types?

Hello friends, in today's article, we will know in detail what fingerprint technology is and how it works. Read this article completely to know it better.

What is fingerprint
Fingerprint means fingerprint or we can say that there are line marks on the opposite side of the nail above the fingers and thumbs of our hands, these marks are different for every person in the whole world. Nowadays with the help of these fingerprints, we can open any type of digital document. Or there are many such things that we can do at the technology level.

What is a fingerprint sensor?
Fingerprint sensor is a technology in which you can digitally open or close any electronic device with your finger, nowadays there is hardly any untouched by this technology. With this technology, you can unlock your phone, you can download your laptop and you can do a lot of work inside it as well. In modern schools and offices, fingerprint sensor machines are used for attendance. Attendance / attendance is attained by fingerprint through this machine. Nowadays, it is most commonly used in those things which are very prone to being stolen such as bank locker, vault house door etc. It is used in all the things that you want to protect from other people. Fingerprint is the only way that no one else can copy, that is, no one can open your device or other approach without your fingerprint.

How safe is fingerprint !!
If you have a personal mobile in which important file or netbanking or all the applications that you use in your transaction, then fingerprint password is more suitable for you. See, passwords or patterns can be bypassed or copied in any way, but you cannot copy someone's fingerprint. We cannot dodge the fingerprint sensor in any way. After applying the fingerprint password, we can make our smartphone or other device more secure. Nowadays the company has started providing fingerprint sensor in almost all high class devices. Currently, more than 200 devices with fingerprint sensors are available at the ElectroS stores. Surely we can say that fingerprint is the safest technology of the era of fire.

Who invented the fingerprint sensor and when?
By the way, the history of fingerprints is very ancient. Fingerprinting was first used in 9th century China, with Chinese merchants using their fingerprints for verification of loan documents for the first time.
Then a European named João de Burrows  recorded the first specimen of fingerprinting in the 14th century.

Use of fingerprints in digital devices.
The first fingerprint sensor was used by the smartphone maker Motorola in its 4G smartphone in the year 2011 and later on September 10, 2013 by the Apple company with the iPhone 5S smartphone. Nowadays, almost all company phones have fingerprint sensors. You must have seen that everyone uses fingerprint sensor from ATM to Attendance machine.

What are the types of fingerprint sensors?
Fingerprint scanners or sensors are also called Biometric Fingerprint Scanner. There are generally three types of fingerprint sensor, optical fingerprint sensor, capacitive fingerprint sensor, Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Among them, the most commonly used are optical fingerprint sensor and capacitive fingerprint sensor.

Optical Fingerprint Sensor
In it, the photo of your finger or thumb is captured and whenever you put your finger to unlock it in your mobile or other device, then the fingerprint and line of your finger will be matched to that photo and the phone or other device Is unlocked. Usually this technology / technology verifies our fingerprint by taking a photo of our finger or thumb and matching / matching the fingerprint saved with it, if the fingerprint matches correctly then the device opens.
who invented the fingerprint sensor, and what are these types?

Capacitive Fingerprint Sensor
Capacitive fingerprint sensor is an advanced technology from optical sensor, using Capacitive plate and capacitor / Capacitor instead of image sensor. Explain in simple terms, it stores your Fingerprint line and the space between those lines in the capacitor as electronic charge. For example, whenever you place your finger on the capacitive plate, the candector plate will store the space between your finger line and those lines as different electronics charges. After this, the store will unlock your phone device by verifying your fingerprint from the charge.
Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor
This is the most modern technology / technology of today's era, which was created by a company named Qualacom Snapedragon / Qualcomm Snapdragon. It is a type of 3D fingerprint technology that was first used in LeTv Max Pro smartphones. In this technology, the hardware consists of an Ultrasonic transmitter and receiver. As soon as you place your finger on the scanner, the Ultrasonic transmitter immediately sends a signal, which touches your finger, some of which is left on the finger And the remaining signals are returned to the device. This technology receives the returning signal from the receiver and creates a 3D image from it. Which later stores and verifies your fingerprint in your mobile or other device. Your phone or other device is unlocked immediately after verifying the signal.
